David Blanchard MCIOB is a well established architectural consultant based in the Highlands of Scotland.

Originally established in 1997, but built on over 30 years of technical experience within the construction industry, David has a wealth of knowledge in both private and social housing, retail, industrial & commercial properties.

Ideally located in the Highlands, he can readily travel beyond this area and respond to clients' needs quickly, be it an out-of-hours site visit or a call in to one of the various relevant Council departments. His work takes him throughout the North of Scotland, across to the Isle of Skye and the west coast, further north to Caithness and Sutherland, East to Aberdeen and South to Edinburgh.

Since inception, he has built a solid business on recommendations and repeat customers and has helped numerous clients achieve their aspirations for their home or business. David is ideally suited to take forward your project, be it a small extension, a new build house, formation of a new business or commercial premises, or alterations to an existing property.

David will provide a fixed fee service with no hidden extras and clear guidance and advice on any other costs associated with the process such as relevant Council fees and other professionals that should be consulted.
